Vedic Maths is a set of methods, and each one turns a long sum into a short one. Multiplying 98 by 97 becomes two small steps instead of a full grid. Squaring any number ending in five becomes one step.

The levels

There are two levels. Each one takes about three months, with two classes a week and daily practice. Every level ends with a test and a certificate.

What one level costs

A level is three months of classes, booked as a whole. The fee is ₹3,000 INR for 3 months level, paid once when the level starts, effective price ₹1,000 INR a month.

One payment at the start of the level covers all three months. The study material, the practice app and the level test are all inside that fee, and there is nothing to buy separately.

The next level is another three months at the same rate, paid when that level begins, and you decide level by level.

Vedic Maths questions parents ask

BrainoMate teaches Vedic Maths from the age of 8. Your child should already know the multiplication tables, because these methods are short cuts built on top of tables. Younger children usually start with abacus.

They do different things. Abacus teaches a child to do sums in the mind by picturing beads, and it suits younger children. Vedic Maths gives faster methods for multiplication, division, squares and roots, and it suits children who already know their tables and want to be quicker in exams. Many of our students do abacus first and Vedic Maths after.

It helps with the calculation part. These methods cut down the number of steps a child writes for multiplication, division, squares and square roots, which saves time in school papers and in olympiad or aptitude papers, and leaves more time for checking. It does not cover your school syllabus.

A level is one course of three months, planned as a single syllabus and taught to the same small batch throughout, so it is booked as a whole. The fee is ₹3,000 INR for 3 months level, paid once when the level starts, effective price ₹1,000 INR a month. There is no registration fee and nothing extra at the end of the level. For enrolments from outside India this fee is a little higher — a small markup that covers currency conversion handling.

Attend the first class with your actual teacher and batch timing. If Vedic Maths is not right for your child, email support@brainomate.in before the second class and we refund the full fee. Refunds are only processed for requests sent to that email address, not WhatsApp or phone calls.

Each level takes about three months, with two live classes a week. There are two levels, so most children finish in about six months.
