Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Brainomate, we strive to provide the highest quality of cognitive development and learning programs for children through our blended approach of Abacus, gamification, and brain training techniques. We value your trust and are committed to your satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.

1. Course Enrollment and Payments

Once you enroll in a program and the payment is successfully processed, your seat is confirmed and resources are allocated.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if the user has purchased a multi-level pack (i.e., 2-level or 4-level bundle).
Refunds can be claimed only for levels that have not yet started.
The cost of the ongoing or completed level will not be refunded.
A cancellation fee of 10% will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
No Refunds on Single-Level Purchases (If you have purchased access to a single level, no refund will be processed under any circumstances)
If eligible, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation by contacting our support team at connect@brainomate.in within the allowed timeframe.
If cancellation will be processed and refunds will be executed with respect refund policy as described in point no. 2
Brainomate reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative will be provided or a full refund will be issued.

4. Exceptional Cases

In certain special circumstances such as:

Duplicate payment
Technical issues during payment we will review and process a refund after internal verification.
